Established in 1992, the Pembroke Housing Authority (PHA) provides decent, safe and sanitary housing to the low-income citizens of Pembroke and surrounding areas through the Public Housing Program. The PHA receives funding from federal, state, and local sources in the form of subsidies, grants, rental receipts, and investment income. PHA owns and manages 243 units located in five sites.
PHA provides housing support services through the Resident Services Department including ExpoGro, Full Circle and Senior Citizen Nutrition Site.
